A lot of people talk about the possibility of getting a college degree, but are intimidated with the paperwork, the requirements and the costs.  On the other hand, many of them just need to understand how to navigate the system and how to take advantage of all the available resources.

In an area with a high percentage of people living under the  poverty level, there is a group of individuals determined to break the poverty cycle and education becomes a vital part of the process.
