We
are committed to funding faculty development projects
and activities that support the objectives and outcomes
of the grant, which include:

Significantly
increasing the success of students by focusing
faculty development activities on diverse teaching
and learning styles and integration of new
procedures into the curriculum

Significantly
increasing success of students through faculty
training in Classroom Assessment Techniques
-
Improving
progression of students from pre-college to
college-level courses
-
Strengthening
learning in academic programs
-
Becoming more
knowledgeable about the needs of students
-
Gaining knowledge of
teaching to diverse students
New proposals will be
solicited throughout the year and suggestions for
activities and trainings are always welcome.
