Grays Harbor College Campuses
The
Department of Education and the Jeanne Clery Act require all colleges and
universities to provide information to students and employees about its campus
safety policies, procedures and statistics on certain crimes. Listed below are
crimes reported to the security office and law enforcement that have occurred
on campus and the adjoining public property during the most recent calendar
year and the two preceding calendar years. These statistics include data
received from other law enforcement agencies in response to annual requests by the College.

HATE CRIMES Every
college and university is required to disclose the number of reported
occurrences that manifest evidence of prejudice based on race, gender,
religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity/national origin or disability, as prescribed
by the Hate Crime Statistics Act (28 US C 534) for the following criminal
offenses - murder/non-negligent manslaughter; negligent manslaughter; sex
offenses- forcible; sex offenses ~ non-forcible (incest and statutory rape);
robbery; aggravated assault; burglary; motor vehicle theft; arson; and any
other crime involving body injury.
