Campaign Initiatives and
Funding Goals

Board members of the Grays Harbor College Foundation are seeking support for the Foundation's ongoing work and programs. In general, that support can be used for scholarships, student aid, special services, faculty development, as well as projects and supplies. This year, we are asking for support for the initiatives listed below:

World Class Scholars
This year marks the twelth year of the Grays Harbor College Foundation's World Class Scholars program. A promise of scholarship support is offered by the Foundation to every seventh grader in Grays Harbor and Pacific counties who signs a contract with the College and qualifies for World Class Scholars status by the time they graduate from high school. If they attend GHC and meet the requirements, they will receive a $1,250 scholarship.

Gary Thomason and Mary-Louis Milner Excellence Award Recipients

The Foundation has committed funds to support full- tuition scholarships based on need and merit to qualifying students of varying ages and life experiences.

Contributions earmarked for the General Excellence Fund will also support two staff excellence awards that recognize outstanding employees at the college.
This unrestricted fund may also be used to support emerging issues as they arise.
