The Simpson Education Center, located on the Grays Harbor County Fairgrounds in Elma, was established in 1998 through the generous support of the Simpson Fund and Grays Harbor County. It is the mission of the Simpson Education Center to serve the learning needs of adult residents in East Grays Harbor County.
