To watch the videos you need a fairly fast internet connection like DSL or Broadband. If you have a 56K dial up connection it will take a bit for the video to download to your computer before you can view it. If you have a high speed connection, it will start playing almost immediately.

You will also need QuickTime 5 or higher. You may already have it installed. If not, it is available for free by clicking on the "Get QuickTime" icon on the right. Just follow the directions for installation. It usually installs itself with just a few clicks. Quicklime is in use on several million computers worldwide and it enables you to view all kinds of media.

Lastly, you will need some speakers hooked up to your computer to hear the audio. If you have speakers and don't hear the sound, click the speaker icon in the lower right of each video and make sure you are turned up. You might also need to open your sound control panel and check settings there.
